All entries must be received by 13th July 2012. No liability will be accepted for late or lost entries. Proof of posting or emailing cannot be accepted as proof of delivery.

If the winning hearing care professional has more than 1 nominee, the nominees will go into a lottery draw with the first out of the draw receiving £250 cash plus a gift to the value of £200. All other nominees of the winning audiologist will receive a gift which they can collect from their hearing care professional.
